I use coconut in a lot of different uses as its so good for you. I'm not a huge fan of just eating coconut oil (like my wife does) but I really wanted to take a coconut supplement. I used to have dry skin and since taking this wonderful product, my dry skin is gone and my wife says my hair looks a lot healthier as well. Coconut is such a healthy product! I love this product.

Just Like Heaven!

The positive results are gradual, as anyone would expect after dietary changes. However after a couple weeks or so I noticed my skin looked better. my nails stronger and my joints were less achy. I'm sure there are more positive results internally so time will tell I guess.I suffer from winter eczema and this year my breakouts were minimal and the only thing I've changed is taking this coconut oil.Great product at a fair price and it actually seems to be working!
