I once saw a fitness motivation poster that said,

“I’m not losing weight; I’m getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.”

The statement struck me like lightning and I have never seen fitness the same way again. See, the way I see weight loss is I hit my weight goal and that’s it. I just maintain it.
