The Ultimate Weight Loss Bundle

Posted by on

I once saw a fitness motivation poster that said,

“I’m not losing weight; I’m getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.”

The statement struck me like lightning and I have never seen fitness the same way again. See, the way I see weight loss is I hit my weight goal and that’s it. I just maintain it. If I eat a lot, I just “punish” myself and work extra hard at the gym, but that’s not how it’s supposed to be. The mindset all of us should have is to get rid of the weight - permanently.

In order to do this, we must commit ourselves to change our lifestyle. Time and time again, people do this, especially after the holidays. But how many people actually follow through and subject themselves to the hard parts? Yep, not a lot. Those who are brave enough to go through the difficult process are ready to work hard and discipline themselves to achieve their goal. Right now, I am one of these people. As much as I would like to take credit for all the result I am enjoying, I would like to come out and say that I have had help.

What kind of help am I talking about? I’m talking about Nutra Botanics’ Ultimate Weight Loss Bundle. The ultimate weight loss bundle consists of four products: CLA, L-Carnitine, Carb Block, and Detox. Today, I am going to share with you what these products do and how they are helping me continue my fitness journey.

First up is Nutra Botanics' CLA. CLA or conjugated linoleic acid is actually a mixture of 28 positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid. On its own, linoleic acid is the most common Omega-6 fatty acid. It can be found in large amounts of vegetable oils. CLA basically works like this: fighting fat with fat. It seems counterintuitive to say that a fatty acid, namely CLA can help increase lean muscle mass, but it does exactly that.

How does CLA increase lean muscle mass? CLA reduces body fat by increasing basal metabolic rate (BMR). BMR is the minimum amount of energy our body needs to work. The higher the BMR, the more calories are burned. CLA increases the BMR by helping our bodies convert food into energy. Therefore, taking CLA softgels can help you lose weight for the long haul.

I have been taking CLA for the past few months and a significant effect I have noticed is how my muscles seem to have taken form. Sure, I have certainly tipped the scales to my favor, but before I took CLA, I have never seen my muscles “come out”. For that, I have CLA to thank.

Second, we have Nutra Botanics' L-Carnitine 5000MG. In this bunch, L-Carnitine is probably the most famous, well-used, and well-studied supplement. L-Carnitine is an amino acid known as the ferry because it transports long-chain fatty acids from the blood into the mitochondria. Once these long-chain fatty acids enter the mitochondria, they are burned and used as energy. If our body does not have adequate L-Carnitine, most fats cannot get into the mitochondria, be burned and converted into energy.

L-Carnitine is especially effective while exercising. The more energy you spend, the more fats are burned. A unique job done by L-Carnitine is that it works even when you are not. It burns fat even when you are not exercising. Studies and countless personal accounts have also shown that L-Carnitine helps in fatigue resistance and recovery. Meaning to say, you get to maximize your time at the gym because L-Carnitine increases blood flow and nitric oxide production which delays the “burn” and lengthens your endurance. There is also no need to worry about feeling sore afterwards because L-Carnitine increases oxygen supply to the muscles.

I have been taking L-Carnitine for as long as I can remember and there is a reason for that. What I appreciate most about it is the energy it gives me to finish my workouts strong. I also noticed that when I fail to take my dose of L-Carnitine, I tend to feel tiny aches on various parts of my body post-workout. L-Carnitine is a tried and tested supplement when it comes to weight loss. If you have not tried it yet, then now is a perfect time.

Third on our list is Nutra Botanics’ Carb Blocker. You know how we like eating pasta, pizza, fries, burgers, and pretty much anything that tastes good (and sinful)? These are loaded with complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates cannot be absorbed by the body unless they are converted into simple sugars together with the digestive enzyme called amylase. Once complex carbs are turned into simple carbs, they enter the stomach, and become calories.

When you take Carb Blocker, they help stop the digestive enzymes from breaking complex carbs into simple carbs. Therefore, complex carbs go straight into the large intestine without becoming simple carbs or calories. But you have to know that carb blockers only work for complex carbs and it can only block 50-65% of carb-digesting enzymes at best.

One significant effect Carb Blocker is its ability to curb my appetite. It turns out that Carb Blocker can also affect the hormones involved in hunger and feeling of fullness because it slows down stomach emptying after eating.

Last on our list is Nutra Botanics’ Colon Detox & Cleanse. As we age, it is no secret that our metabolism rate slows down. Constipation is a common problem among many and there are many possible reasons for it: low-fiber diet, sedentary lifestyle, certain medications, pregnancy, changes in routine, abuse of laxatives, and even dehydration. Shooting from the hip, constipation is also a problem of mine. That is why I decided to include Colon Detox & Cleanse.

Taking Nutra Botanics’ Colon Detox & Cleanse has made it way easier for me to go. My stomach feels a million times cleaner than it did before. Let me be clear, though, that this is not a diuretic. So, if you are worried about being caught off guard, so to speak, don’t - because you will only go when you absolutely have to.

A little help from high quality and tried and tested supplements will not make your fitness journey any less than those who choose not to use them. It will only strengthen you to do the work that needs to be done to achieve your goals. As that old saying goes, “We all get by with a little help from our friends.”
